How can I adjust the rollers on sliding door panels?

Step #1: All Peachtree sliding glass doors use a "tandem" roller assembly that is adjusted from inside the home with a large flat head screw driver. In most cases (IPD Avanti, Newport, and Citadel sliders, Prado and Carvel sliders) there is a removable plug on the face of the door panel, about an inch and a half from the bottom of the door panel. On the Carvel slider, this plug unscrews; on all other models, the plug can be gently pried loose with a putty knife or a small flat-head screwdriver. Ariel patio door rollers do not have a plug, but are accessed by removing door panel liners.

Step #2: Having removed the access plug, the roller is adjusted by inserting a large flat screwdriver into roller assembly, and turning clockwise or counter-clockwise so as to raise or lower the panel. Note that in some cases clockwise is up: in others clockwise is down. This varies from door to door. The sliding panel must be level (parallel with the lock jamb), and high enough so that it does not drag at the bottom.
