If product was purchased before 1994 or after 1995:
Between the glass panels you will find a date of manufacture identification label affixed or etched on the spacer. Please copy that information into the 'Manufacture Date' field above.

If product was purchased in 1994 or 1995:
Under the peach logo, you will find a date of manufacture etched on the glass, giving the year and month unit was manufactured. Please copy that information information into the 'Manufacture Date' field above.

  

Your remedies:  Peachtree will furnish replacements for defective components within the provisions of the appropriate warranty, or at Peachtree's sole discretion, will refund the original purchase price of the defective product. Peachtree does not provide labor or labor expenses incurred to remove or replace any defective product, or any defective component thereof.

1. From drawings above, select your window type. Insert letter (A, B, C, etc.) in "WindowType" column. List the number of windows of each type in the "Quantity"column.

2. Indicate Inside Frame Height and Width size in appropriate columns after carefully measuring the overall inside dimensions. See chart above for measuring instructions. Accuracy is important.

3. Peachtree windows are made in 5 exterior colors. Indicate in the "Exterior Color" column:W=White, N=Natural Brown, D=Driftwood, S=Sand, G=Green.

4. If the problem is with an individual sash, note accordingly in "Sash" columns by entering an "x" in the appropriate column. Also indicate the handing (left-handed or right-handed) of the window when necessary.

5. Daylight openingis visible glass size. Please specify Width x Height.
